“The concierge “butler” Shawn was helpful and pleasant and always available. He was a 10/10. The room could use a deep clean. Bathrooms and linens and all were spotless. Just the floor and carpet need a deep clean, not the daily staff fault. The pool and courtyards were charming and of another era. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back. Location is excellent too. ”

Just a couple minutes to walk down Bourbon Street, and just a few minutes to all major attractions in NOLA! The room was extremely spacious and truly better than we could ever imagine! 100% will be back with all of our friends and family!!”

TIENEN UN SERVICIO DE CAFE Y PANECILLOS PERO NO LO COMENTAN. NO HACEN LA LIMPIEZA NI ARREGLO DE LA HABITACION, LA SOLICITAMOS Y LA CHICA NO LA HIZO EN LAS DOS OCASIONES QUE SE SOLICITO. BIEN UBICADO.”

“La propiedad muy bonita limpia en buen estado tal como aparece en las fotos las recepcionistas muy amables atentas pero el servicio de limpieza no es bueno cuando llegamos encontramos toallas sucias y artículos del anterior huésped ”
