“Some staff were rude some were friendly it depends on who you get. Place is older and it shows with ware and tare but it is ok for the price and was clean without bugs or pests. It’s gated and secure. Obnoxious party people were there but that’s New Orleans for you, not the hotels fault. You get what you pay for and it’s under 100 a night most days so book it if you are on a budget, if not go with better but if you want to save some money like I did. It was ok overall. ”

“No breakfast at all the second day. Apparently staff didn't show up and no one else could do it. They had 2 treadmills in the gym. Both had badly torn belts. “DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! The reviews from a year ago still stand true today. Soon as you walk in you're hit with smell of wet carpet and mildew. The guy at the front desk was visibly frustrated and upset. Very unprofessional. When yoy check in apparently he texts your information to the manager so he can check you in from wherever he may be. “The hotel door deadbolt wouldn't lock unless the door was pulled up and towards the hinges. It was a two person job to be secure in the room. The toilet had hair and piss on the toilet seat. The end of a joint was left in the bathroom where the towel rack was. The shower wall was stained pink in places. The hotel phone wasn't connected. The outside smelled like piss.
