“Disastrous stay with an infant – Avoid this hotel! I deeply regret booking this hotel. We stayed here yesterday with our infant daughter, and it was a completely miserable experience from start to finish.To begin with, the room was dirty. To make matters much worse, the elevator was entirely broken. Because it wasn't working, I had to haul all of our heavy luggage up the staircase all the way to the 3rd floor by myself while dealing with a baby.The room amenities were just as bad. The tap only……

“For working purposes the property satisfies the need for lodging. The staff was “spot on”!!!! With a potential tropical storm coming close by the staff worked with me to cancel the remainder of my stay when I was released from job early. I have nothing negative to say.”

“Although hotel has jsut renovated, there is no shampoo provided in the room, it's by request! No hair dryer, no hanger provided, no kettle in the room to make tea/coffee. The facility is poor. Hotel staff is not very helpful.”

“One lobby door doesn’t work. It is a digital card key entry doors. Exit possible, re- entry nit possible. Hotel Room smells of chain smokers. The hotel room flooring intentionally dark to hide dirt. Bathtub shower not sanitized Cockroach crawling on shower curtain. Landscaping over grown. No drinking water available— not even for sale. Front desk check in rate 40% higher than Expedia. The only good thing: bedding was clean. Comfortable.”
