“The decor is absolutely 4-star. If your goal is cute social media photos, this is your place. If your goal is actual comfort and service? Look elsewhere. Service felt closer to a 2–3 star hotel. Basic amenities like robes and slippers weren’t in the room (had to request), side tables were dirty, light bulbs were burnt out, single ply toilet paper, no hand soap (or hand towel) in bathroom where second sink is, and the shower head was clogged with sulfur buildup. “Stayed for 10 days to recover from surgery. Very quiet bedrooms. Any concerns were addressed promptly. Pool deck was nice. ”

“Grenoble House is a hidden gem! Close enough to everything to be practical, far enough to avoid the noise of Bourbon. The hot tub was a must have and the fully loaded kitchen was a great touch - though we ate at local spots our whole stay. Our room was clean and spacious and we would definitely comeback if we made it to NOLA again. ”

“The room was clean and comfortable but it was super loud- we heard every little noise in the hallway. There was also a fake window to a hallway and the light from that was kind of annoying all night. I was also freezing as there was no comforter, just sheets and a blanket. ”
