Nice hotel, close to French Quarter. Plus: Very close to main points of interest in French Quarter, lost of excursions for the whole New Orleans and vicinity originate close to the hotel. No need to rent a car. The hotel itself is clean and artsy. We stayed on the 47th floor, the views are amazing. ...
Free breakfast was lacking first day. NO coffee! Roaches in sink. Carpet was filthy. Made our feet and socks black with dirt.
Hotel was amazing, quick check in and quick check out. Staff was great! They gave us spots to visit and what to stay away from. The bartender Lawrence was amazing! And the guys that work the valet up front! I would def come back to the hotel in a heart beat!!! Close to everything I thought anyway ...
Location was perfect for our needs. Trolley stopped just up the street so no need to rent a car. Rooms were a nice comfortable size. They were doing some renovations while we were there but it did not bother us. Would stay again.
Great staff and very friendly! Hotel was quiet, however, it had a good atmosphere. Very content with service from when we checked in to being suggested to eat at Don Jose's Mexican restaurant--so glad we checked it out. The food and staff were also GREAT!

I would have liked to see more items that were hot ( scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, grits, oatmeal..) ...

Needed a hotel for a convention in new orleans. Didn't spend much time in the room but when I did it was comfortable. The rooms are smaller but are perfectly comfy for two. Rooms came with a fridge and microwave at no extra charge. The room was super clean and nice. The breakfast was pretty standard, ...
Found this hotel on Expedia, extremely friendly staff from check in to check out. It exceeded my expectations and was just what I was looking for! It was comfortable like being at home, even free breakfast in the morning. This hotel is also in a great location just down the street from bourbon street. ...
