Hearing from 4 different people, one via Expedia, 2 by text and one via voice calls. A single point of contact would be better. "This hotel is right in the heart of Bourbon Street. There is noise from the street but not enough to affect sleeping. Beds are comfortable and aircon works, thankfully. Breakfast was good and the room where it’s served in is lovely. Although there are restaurants outside the door, it still would be nice to have snacks available at the bar, which is also not very appealing."
