“We were hoping to find a home to rent but nothing was available so we ended up at the Coratel, the room smelled funny, there was a disty washclothstill hanging in the bathroom. Some of the "clean" towels looked gross. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable either.”

“Room was dirty, sink very slow draining and walks and parking lot ice covered.”

“The room we were given was dingy and musty. The toilet was broken, bathtub stained. Decided not to stay, because we did not feel comfortable. The picture on line was not what we were given. Looking to get refund, but was told I will need to go thru customer support.”

“Always a fun stay when we stay here with the fam. The renovations are top notch and definitely worth the wait for it to be done! Seriously impressed by the cleanliness everywhere you go on the casino floor, to the custodians to the housekeepers.. THANK YOU for always providing exceptional hospitality when it comes to attention to detail and keeping things neat no matter how many guests come and go. ”
