“I stayed at the property with my kids. Unfortunately the beach was not accessible due to shoreline restoration work and that was a bummer. I loved the fact that there was a linen exchange program so one could get clean towels and linens any time. Staff was super helpful. Property rooms were clean and fairly well maintained although the property itself looked quite worn out. Kids loved the pool. I would have preferred having turndown service given that I stayed for around a week. Check in……

“First and foremost, the staff I communicated with before and during the stay were very friendly and helpful. Access to the beach was close, a five minute walk and we did not have to cross a road. There were plenty of towels in our room. It has a retro, quaint look, and the floors and the beds were clean. Those are the pros. The bathroom floor had a few spots in front of the tiny sink and one between the sink and the toilet that were sinking in. When we stepped on it, there was a cracking sound,……

The interior is chic and comfortable - and we slept soundly in the queen bed. Lisa, the hostess, was wonderful and inviting. I would highly recommend the Treetop.”
