“The place is disgusting. The renter doesn't communicate with you about anything. We waited in the cold of NYC for 3 hours for the key. The owner gave us the wrong code for the key fob. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE OWNER IS GARBAGE.”

“This is a cute loft apartment. Access to the apartment is up two flights of stairs, and the apartment is close to other apartments. There are two full/queen beds, and a sofa that folds into a bed. It is perfect for a family! There were one or two cosmetic defects (scratches on frig, chip on bathroom cabinet) but it was totally fine! It is a kitchenette. Near markets, pizza. About 15 minute walk to time square. I would recommend!!”

“Worst VRBO experience imaginable. No AC. No microwave. No ventilation or natural light. RATS everywhere outside, and no screens, so windows cannot be opened. This is an illegal unit with multiple code violations. Showers don’t drain so the water is up to your shins when you are finished. Only Lukewarm water in shower and scalding water in the sink. Cheap, worn linens. It was 85 degrees in the apartment. No fans. No lamps. No mirrors— just a cracked, broken mirror on the medicine cabinet which……

“Host is fantastic and very accommodating. We were able to check in quite a bit earlier than the posted time. Communication was excellent. The apartment was very clean and welcoming. I’ll book again next time I’m in NYC. Loved staying here and feeling like I lived in New York rather than getting a hotel. ”

“The host was darling and communicative. My trip entailed mostly business with a bit of pleasure. The bed is outrageously comfortable and made for cozy sleep when solid sleep was a priority. The space is marvelous and accurately depicted as the photos and videos. We appreciated the hosts flair for all things curious and exotic. The is truly a special space and shows how very special the owner is. ”
