“The studio apartment was fabulous and just what we wanted. It’s in a quiet, suburban part of New Jersey, with a bus just down the road that runs regularly into New York. Facilities were fantastic. “This was our first time visiting NY, we opted to stay in NJ and use the transportation services. The building is well kept and in walking distance to the bus stop and boat ferry. This apartment building sits on top of the business below and next to a small commercial complex.The stairs case to the apartment are steep so be careful. “First and foremost, we loved our stay and would absolutely return. Thanks Claudia!From a city noise perspective, there isn’t much insulation between the master bedroom and the street - you can hear everything. This wasn’t a problem for us, but I could understand light sleepers or people hoping for a quiet or romantic stay being turned off.For communication, Claudia was great and very detailed. “This is a cute loft apartment. Access to the apartment is up two flights of stairs, and the apartment is close to other apartments. There are two full/queen beds, and a sofa that folds into a bed. It is perfect for a family! There were one or two cosmetic defects (scratches on frig, chip on bathroom cabinet) but it was totally fine! It is a kitchenette. Near markets, pizza. About 15 minute walk to time square. I would recommend!!”

"I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped."
