"Pros: Really nice apartment with an unbeatable location near the park and great restaurants. 3 minutes from the 1/2/3. Nice balcony and good wifi, with a little kitchen stocked with cookware essentials. Bathroom is recently renovated and nice. Aside from some linens (see below), the place was very clean. In the one conversation I was able to have with the property manager, he was polite and friendly.Cons: The apartment shown in the listing photos is not the apartment we rented. It was comparable...

"New York City hotels can be very cold and indifferent, well, this place Is not, although everything is to the point, no extra frills, the staff is quite warm and very available to solve any situations very quickly. I’ve stayed in many places and almost none compare to the kind and available people who take care of this place and its visitors. Fully recommend, great central location super close to a nice park, restaurants and shops. Book it!"
