“Street side this was about as safe as any Chicago neighborhood. Parking was 10/10, safe, secure and gated. The 3 flights up was expected, but the strong cat/pet urine odor the entire way up was not. Inside apt also has a very strong pet urine smell. No window covering in bathroom, can’t turn on bedroom light or it blinks, floor vent in kitchen easily moves to reveal gaping hole, heavily stained couch my teen had to sleep on.
