“The only nice thing about this place was the staff. In our room, there was a small rust colored stain on the bedspread typical of bed bugs and I had a bite on torso. The shower curtain was heavily stained and the bedside tables were not wiped clean. The next AM there were large ants on the breakfast counter. And the food was old. Also, from the hotel's rewards program, I got a phone call to visit a timeshare demo afterward. Staying away from this place and this brand.”

“I was hesitant to book here because of some of the reviews and the location and exterior look of the property. But it surpassed all expectations!
