“Had a wonderful stay at Cougar Canyon Unit C. (We were switched from B; C might have been a bit nicer because it’s on the end, but it looked the same as the photos of unit B- I’m guessing they are both similarly designed and decorated.) The unit was modernly decorated and clean, and everything was in working order. Nice towels, soaps and shampoo/conditioner were provided, as well as Keurig coffee cups. “We did not realize that there is no staff on the premises. Could not open windows to have fresh air in the room and air conditioner is 3 feet from the bed and made a rattle noise which made it difficult to sleep.”
