“Nice place to stay as it’s quiet and well laid out. Everything was great, except our deadbolt would not latch and the regular lock was tricky to engage. We could clearly see the door was no longer straight in the door frame (see picture), so the deadbolt was hitting the frame. We called SVS and they had us call The Signature. We felt safe, because it was a quiet corner, but someone else may not. It would be good if somebody follows up to make sure this is fixed for future guests.”
