"I stay at TI regularly, and this is the first time I’ve been somewhat disappointed in my stay. The checkin kiosks weren’t working so had to stand in line to check in. Given it was EDC weekend, the line was considerably long. No waters or coffee pot in the room and some of my towels had holes starting/were very thin. The front desk was very helpful in trying to help me find a quieter room."

"Stayed in April and The bathrooms are suuuper nice (I always stay in the tower) Despite being a resort with high volume it was kept exceptionally clean around the clock. If travelling by bus make sure to use Google maps because the strip is very confusing as far as foot traffic cross over. (You have to walk passed Excalibur and THEN cross the bridge to MGM for the bus stop) If they give you the 50$ food voucher for 4$ or whatever definitely take it. They have a backstage deli that's open 24/7 with sandwiches and fruit and juice and it's not ungodly priced between 16-24 bucks (the sandwiches are quite full and the pastrami and breakfast bagel sandwiches were my go to) If you stay more than 24 hours The parking pass is a life saver for 40$ flat your can come and go as much as you want. Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable so do not be afraid to ask about anything. "

"For the price the hotel was good. Was disappointed that there was no small fridge in room since we were with kids to cool their Milk and yogurt. "

"I love the smell of the Aria when walking into the lobby. The hotel room floors are dirty. The carpet needs to be pulled up. There were dirty late. Gloves on the floor in the hall in front of our room for an entire day. Many walls are damaged in the hallways with holes. Our bedding was stained at the bottom. Thankfully o brought my own sheets. One of the sinks in our bathroom was clogged, disgusting. The room needs updating."
