Hotel, location, staff, check-in, room, cleanliness…all absolutely top notch. However, I got up at 4am to go to the loo, and the carpet was soaked next to the bed! One of the bathroom sinks had sprung a leak from one of the sink water supply pipes and soaked both the bathroom and adjoining bedroom carpet! The nice young lady at reception offered to put me in a different room but I was wide awake by then and I got on the road early to continue my trip home. She brought me some more towels to help soak up the water. I turned off the supply at the wall and that seemed to stop the leak until it is fixed properly. Otherwise the hotel was exceptional!!!

Me and my 3 littles traveled solo and this place was literally a home away from home! Everything was well thought of! From the kitchen and supplies, for the easy check in process and easy communication if needed! Oh and did I mention they communicate with you throughout your stay with updated events!! Very thankful for this stay and we will be back!! Thank you for having us! Making my girls spring break a memorable one!!
