The air was fine didnt use hot tub

Room was clean. Bathroom needed some maintenance, reported to front desk upon checkout. Couldn’t get TV to work, got new remote from desk still didn’t work. Front desk offered to come to room to fix it but I declined. Public areas were spotless and welcoming

We have stayed here a few times when we come to watch the Grizzlies, but we will think twice when we come back to Memphis in December. Our room was not ready after the 4:00 p.m. check-in time, so we ran behind meeting up with friends. The man who had to not only deal with, but MANY other was giving it his best, so thank you. I asked to speak with a manager, but he/she never showed. Courtside Grill-avoid if you want breakfast. We waited for over 10 minutes for someone just to greet us. After we were seated, it took more time, and the food was not good. I can't imagine how bad service really gets because they were not even busy. Westin, do better if you want to keep loyal customers.
