"We have stayed here in the past and this property never disappoints! Always clean rooms and comfortable beds. Staff is very friendly and helpful from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. The breakfast is always fresh and hot. My only complaint would be they need to have hot chocolate available next to the coffee counter in the lobby year round. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Memphis and the surrounding areas. This location is close to everything especially restaurants with a multitude to choose from. 5 Stars for sure!"

"We had a fantastic experience! The hotel was exceptionally quiet and clean. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and we especially appreciated how well-stocked the room was with all the essentials for a multi-night stay."

On staff...at gift store and information desk they seemed very annoyed to have to help you, but check in and out were easy and bartenders at EP's very friendly and fun."
