“La habitación no es pequeña.. es MICROSCÓPICA. No tiene caja de seguridad. Queda en un 4to piso y NO HAY ASCENSOR. Se sirve solo desayuno inglés. El manager parece un militar y su trato es similar a su parecido. Es absurdo que te asigne donde sentarse en el comedor . NUNCA HABÍA VISTO ESO. Se incomoda si te sientas en otro sitio. Es simplemente un POBRE BED AND BREAKFAST, sin mayores pretensiones, aunque debo decir que el desayuno fue agradable. EL BAÑO ES COMPARTIDO, con los demás huéspedes...

“We were unpleasantly surprised when the host gave us the wrong location, but this was quickly corrected. The rented apartment wasn't maintained! I can't explain the positive feedback and high ratings. The photos accompanying the reservation make the apartment look brand new, but it's very neglected. There's a lot of deferred maintenance, and mold is prevalent in the bathroom and kitchen. Damp patches have been covered, among other things, and there's a pungent odor, which is unpleasant. "Excelente ubicación muy cerca de el Big Ben, checkin rápido, desayuno diario, y tienen un sistema digital para luz y aire acondicionado en las camas lo cual se agradece cuando te estás quedando dormido o tienes frío por la noche para no pararte. El personal fue increíble, solo consideren que el cuarto no es grande, hicimos 5 noches y puedo decir que estuvo okey pero si nos estás acostumbrado a espacios pequeños sí sería complicado. "

La limpieza deja bastante que desear y si bien cuenta con black out en las ventanas, la puerta del baño es vidriada y entra la luz por ahí.
