We had a great stay, the staff was amazing. Food at the pub is great. The room was very cool, it’s an old building that’s been renovated and has a great cozy vibe. Loved the family room layout. It was perfect with kids.

This stay has got to be my favorite in the last 2 years. The whole vibe is charming. The staff was very attentive, helpful and a joy to interact with. The rooms were not only clean and cozy but stylish as well. Food was amazing too! Cannot say enough good things about my stay here.

Such a cute space! Loved the design and its newly renovated with great amenities. The bathroom was quite small, but it had everything you needed and was very clean! Would definitely be staying here again. The breakfast was also lovely

A must stay hotel!

What an amazing hotel! We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was so friendly, food delicious, beautiful building, and well appointed rooms. We would highly recommend this to anyone visiting the London area.

Hand & Flower was one of the best stays i've had in years! The building is beautifully updated, super close to rail and bus stops and the food/drink at the restaurant on the first floor were great! To top it off, Carlos and his team went above and beyond when our flight out was canceled last minute. 10/10 would recommend and stay here again!

Hotel room is newly refurbished, a good sized twin room with all the facilities you need, fridge with water / milk. Tea coffee and toiletries. Plus aircon which was needed as the outside temperature was 32degrees! Staff are very friendly & the hot breakfast selection is great.

Great host, great location

Expertly hosted by Jaz who made the whole experience of staying here a memorable one. Room large and comfortable and breakfast excellent. Hotel due a refurb soon which it needs but even in its current state of repair I would still visit again.

Fabulous place to stay in London

This B&B is amazing. A historic 1880 home turned into a hotel with a fabulous breakfast and restaurant. The staff is amazing, Jack, Alicia, the cook from Italy, we can't wait to go again.

It was the first time me and my family spent the night in a pub inn. Wasn't expecting how amazing it has been! Friendly staff, lovely and cosy rooms, very child friendly with boardgames in rooms, filling breakfast, easy in and out from separate inn doors. Honestly it was an amazing experience and will definitely book another stay with fuller inns :)

The friendliest hotel I've stayed in for years. Excellent service, very comfortable room, super breakfast. Couldn't get the TV to work but that didn't spoil an enjoyable stay.

Lovely night away in London

Carlos was so helpful and welcoming. Lovely atomosphere. We ate dinner and breakfast in the bar downstairs. Tasty food. Rooms nice and quiet. Slept really well. No lifts so just to be aware of that if you have any mobility issues. Would visit again for sure.

Charming Hotel with Top Service & Location

From start to finish, our stay was exceptional. The hotel staff went above and beyond—so friendly, thoughtful, and helpful throughout our visit. Due to unexpected train delays, we had to call ahead, and the staff kindly made arrangements to ensure we could access our room even if we arrived after hours. On our last day, we had to check out before breakfast service began, so the manager and chef generously prepared fresh fruit bowls for us the night before—such a thoughtful gesture. We also dined at the hotel restaurant, and the food was fantastic: the fish and chips were the best we had in London! The hotel itself is beautiful, with charming historic character throughout. Conveniently, there’s a bus stop right outside and a Tube station just a four-minute walk away, making it easy to get around the city. Highly recommend!

The staff were phenomenal! At the restaurant downstairs they have the best French fries ever! The location is right across from the above ground rail, a 10 minute walk to the nearest underground station and the bus stop is right across the street. The location is golden. If you're visiting London for the first time staying at the Hand and Flower will put you right where you need to be. The only downside because of the age of the building there's no elevator but the manager was super helpful and helped us get the bags to our room. Will definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay

The service was great..had a lovely breakfast and a nice comfortable sleep. It was a lovely touch with the coffee machine and mini fridge with a free beer. But please change or clean that awful chair in the room. It looks like someone has met their end on it!

Fantastic stay, welcoming with incredible food!

I had a really lovely stay, overall excellent and would definitely recommend it! The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Easy check in, nicely decorated room which was spotlessly clean with good facilties including a coffee machine, kettle, mini fridge, safe and plenty of plug sockets. The toiletries were great and the dressing gown was a nice addition. The food was excellent and breakfast was a perfect start to the day - freshly cooked eggs royale 😋 the only things to mention are that you could hear cars going past through the night and being on the second floor may be something to bear in mind if you have any mobility issues. Would definitely stay again.

Great Location Beds lovely and comfortable very grateful for the fan as it was very hot in London I omitted to check whether there was a lift and our case was heavy our room was changed from the top floor to the floor below. There are a lot of stairs. We enjoyed our stay there staff very nice. Breakfast choice good .

The place with character. Spacious room, comfortable bed. Fridge with water and beer plus coffee maker were a positive surprise. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast included in the price. The place was shutting down for refurbishment and it seemed to need some renovation work. However, it had positive vibes, interesting interior design and was conveniently located. I will want to come back to see it after refurbishment.

This is a quaint, comfortable hotel in a very convenient but quiet location. The staff was warm, friendly, helpful, and delightful to talk to. There isn't an elevator so be prepared to carry your bags up stairs, but for us it wasn't bad. It was a bit hot in the upstairs rooms but they provided extra fans that helped cool things down. The food in the restaurant was excellent and they had great beer with a nice atmosphere. It was quite convenient for both the bus and the tube. Traveling on public transportation in London is super easy, convenient, and economical. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!
