"The hotel was better than I had expected, for such a large property. The room was lovely, had a scandi vibe and quiet, due to the internal door separating the bedroom from the hallway. Facilities in the room were great too. Steamer, iron/ironing board etc. Breakfast was good, but the area was chaotic. It was so big and packed that the noise was quite overwhelming - I’d maybe go before 0800 for business and after 0930 for leisure, to avoid the chaos."

"This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. It is a modern hotel with larger rooms than those found in the older hotels. The bathroom was spacious and there was plenty of room for all of our stuff. I especially like that we were a very short walk from Victoria Rail Station."

"This was a huge hotel in London. It is very conveniently located close to Russell Station and the British Museum. Our room was cute and clean. Staff was very helpful and spoke 6 different languages. Breakfast services offered a good variety of food."

"beds and pillows were comfy, the rooms are quite dark, no windows, makes hard for staff to clean, a little bit dirty, showers, grout in the tile, tiles were loose etc... over, ok.. but needs maintenance for the floors... tiling asap..."
