“I booked and paid for 3 nights this week. Before arriving, I called the landline at about 11:45 no answer. On arrival just before the 3 pm check-in time the place was shut, doors locked and curtains drawn. Called the mobile number several times and messaged the mobile to inform the person I was waiting to check in. “Beautiful property in lovely countryside. The room was spacious and clean with good facilities provided. The bar was well stocked and the food lovely, although a little pricey, especially the children’s meal! Breakfast was fab with a great choice and cooked to order so was piping hot on arrival. Went to Kielder winter wonderland so this was an ideal stay as only 10mins drive away. Would definitely recommend.”

"En general el hotel está bien, es de estilo clásico, es un hotel céntrico y las camas son cómodas. Como aspectos negativos decir que el parking del hotel es pequeño y en seguida se quedan sin plazas debiendo dejar el vehículo en el parking exterior de la estación de trenes que hay en frente. En nuestro caso nos encontramos con que la ducha no funcionaba correctamente, por un lado estaba atascado el desagüe, pero sobretodo que el magnetotermico de la ducha estaba estropeado y solo salia agua muy caliente por lo que ducharse fue una odisea."
