Staff: generally very nice and friendly, we had a good chat with the staff who arrange our check-in, and explain to us everything we need to know. The staff in the restaurant were very nice too, fully aware what we need before we voice out. But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me
Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios you have the free shuttle at the hotel
Food: we paid the breakfast and it was great, don’t forget the waffles! "
"Had a disappointing experience with the valet service. When I arrived and gave my last name, the valet repeatedly questioned it and made me spell it several times, while giving me a very dismissive and judgmental look. It felt like my name was being treated as strange or unacceptable.
This kind of behavior made me feel deeply disrespected as a guest. A hotel of this level should ensure that all staff treat people with equal courtesy and professionalism, regardless of their name or background."
