“This condo is truly a step above! We found the location to be perfect spot for the things we wanted to do and close to good restaurants, don’t miss La Nena, within walking distance! The condo itself is beautifully appointed with a thoughtful nod to Hollywood. The hospitality with complimentary champagne, wet bar and snacks was very much appreciated! The building also has a pool and a fitness center that we did not take advantage of, but I’m sure some other folks would love it. ”

“My family of 5 had a great weekend stay! We were given our check-in codes prior to arrival for a seamless entry. We loved being walking distance to the beach and amount of beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and wagon. Plenty of beach and bath towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies, coffee pot, and more. “The place is great. Unfortunately, there is a large multi-story apartment building under construction within 30 feet of all windows. Pounding starts at 7:00 am and continues until 5:00 pm. This should have been advised or a reduced rate for the inconvenience caused. ”

“Spot on location for Pepperdine Campus! Thanksgiving weekend was fabulous in this property with my daughter who's a Pepperdine Student. The hosts had everything readily available, even down to the kitchen supplies which was great. Having the beach at your finger tips was amazing. This unit is the perfect size for 2 people. Only one request, could use some new fluffier seat cushions on the patio deck lounge chairs. Looking forward to staying again !”

“Beautiful apartment, and very nicely stocked. Also, great views of the city. The complex is also fantastic - great gym. And we liked that we were official residents of the community, so we could receive Amazon packages, mail and room service food delivery. Also, the staff knew who we were. We’ve stayed other places, where we were not official residents and had to process everything through our host, which added a layer of delay. Highly recommended. ”

“Ana's place was fantastic! My partner and I spent a month there this spring and had the best time. We worked from home and the 2 bed - 2 bath setup was perfect for us. Ana's place has a ton of space, great amenities and is in the best location in LA, close to absolutely everything on the westside and just a few minutes from the 405/10 freeways to get to the rest of what LA has to offer. “Property was in the perfect location and exactly as described. Host was very responsive and provided some great suggestions on things to see and do. Would definitely recommend this place. ”

“Spent 4 nights here to focus on setting new goals for our business. The sound of the waves was relaxing. Our dog Max loved his short walks on the beach. ”

“There was no condo when we arrived. The arrival document arrived but no specific unit number and no way to access garage. Spoke with leasing agency and VRBO is not allowed in the entire complex. It was a nightmare. Had to find a hotel. Took three weeks for a refund and they never cancelled my VRBO even after I called and said it was fake. I should not have review access.”
