“This was a fantastic place to stay for me and my teenage son for Spring Break. Spacious, quiet, clean and in a great location right next to Warner Bros studio on a quiet side street. Whole Foods and several great restaurants are less than 5 min drive or 12-15 min walk away. Parking included. We loved the peaceful backyard with morning sunshine and lots of chirping birds. A little oasis! ”

“The host was very accommodating. I needed to add a day at the beginning of my trip and he was able to do so. We had a couple of things we needed the hosts assistance with and he responded promptly. The location is perfect for spendings days at magic mountain, its so close! But if your group wants to split up there is plenty of shopping in the immediate vicinity . The beds were comfortable and the floor plan is great. We will return.”

“We did not expect to find such a peaceful place so close to Los Angeles, with lovely hiking at walking distance. Good coffeeshops and market within a short drive. The house was comfortable and had all that was necessary plus it offered privacy to each of the guests in our party. The view from the balcony was pleasing and we could do birding sitting right at the door having morning coffee. “The layout of the house was great. The king size beds were so comfortable. I loved that the had bathrooms for each bedroom. My only thing that could be better was the couch wasn’t very comfortable but we didn’t spent a lot of time lounging. Great stay and great location!!! ”

“We gave this stay in Hollywood 5 stars. The parking situation was excellent, and the location was perfect—being so central made it easy to go both east and west around the city. There are great coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance; our favorites were Liberation Coffee and Pizzeria Mozza at the Melrose & Highland intersection.The place itself was very clean and had plenty of thoughtful touches, including a lovely outdoor patio.
