“Pam was a wonderful host. Very communicative and helpful. The house is charming with a lovely view of the lake from the front porch. The only issue that caught us by surprise is that the only bathroom is downstairs while the bedrooms upstairs. It was probably in the property description but didn't catch out attention. “No staff available onsite for check-in and check-in instructions were unclear. Staff did not answer the phone when we called the number provided for help. There is no one to ask for extra towels or other amenities.

The vanity/mirror in bathroom was mounted so high, I could only see the top of my head. Very...
