"Receptionist at desk very helpful. she got me checked in early with no issues. then in the morning after we checked out they provided assistance in getting our forgotten item in the room. it was brought down to lobby for us. very friendly and professional."

"Where do I begin, property is so dirty. Spider webs everywhere, mosquitoes every where, we couldn't open our room door as it was full of mosquitoes. They were everywhere. This property is beautiful but very terribly kept. There are no cleanings being done to the room and its just disgusting. Bathrooms are terrible. Our bathrooms knob was broken and it had a note on it saying sorry I am broken hold me to turn the water on. Shower itself is so tiny that you get chlostrophobia. Just DON'T GO THERE. BOOK ANYWHERE ELSE. ANYTHING ELSE BUT THIS PLACE."

"Front staff was not helpful with accommodations and hot tub usage saying it was only available by season. He mentioned this was listed on the website which was not. Also the room was not clean, light did not work and spiders."

"There were a lot to f bugs flying around the outside light, next to an unworking bug zapper. You could not open the door w/out a bunch flying in."

"The staff was amazing! Very nice property with tons of attention to detail. We stayed in the back of the property and were not bothered by the road noise. We wish we had stayed to visit the nearby organic farm but decided to get going to head to Sea Ranch. Next time!"

"Very friendly staff, clean room, decently comfortable beds, quiet place, easy to walk to breakfast. The pool was out of order, but that was mentioned at the time of booking, so not too big of a deal."

"The setting on the lake were incredible, the rooms are pretty tired, and could use updating. They front desk lady gave me an upgrade which was very good. The front desk lady also charged me $4 extra because she said expedia doesnt pay their fees, not sure what that was all about but have never run into that issue before. "
