The place is a converted apartment complex. Luxury should not be in the name of the property. The grounds include over tall grass and weeds. Trees have disease on them and need trimming. The rooms have stained furniture and carpet. The stove was older than me. The towels were yellowed as well as the tiles in the shower. Maybe their water isn't the best? The mattresses are rock hard. The rooms lack night stands, which is strange. The breakfast was pretty standard, but I did note that the staff were hard-working to keep everything filled. The owner is clearly all about profit over "luxury". If I could plan it all over, we would not stay here.

The "luxury" sweets are not luxury. Furniture was broken & stained. Carpet was stained. The room had an awful odor. The grass around the property was not mowed. The amenities are shared with the best western, which wasn't bad, but a bit confusing at first. That being said, the staff was friendly and the town nice and quiet. Great continental breakfast too. I would stay again for the space it provided my family.

Overall happy with our stay. This place is nothing fancy but it had what we needed. Great hot breakfast every morning was one of the perks. Pools and room were just average rooms but worked well for our family. The grounds were a little unkempt. If you’re looking for a place to stay on a budget, I would recommend. You can’t beat the location.

This place was anything but a luxury suite. It was listed as a 3 star hotel and priced that way too, but it’s a 2 star motel all day long. You have to check in at the Best Western next door, which would have been nice to know as I was wandering around looking for the front desk. There were stains on the carpet, furniture, and bath towels, and black mold in the shower. The grass looked like it hadn’t been mowed in a month. Their slogan on the sign reads, “beyond all expectations” which nothing could be further from the truth.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Having a kitchen was nice as we cooked in every night. The location was great, breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the pool. I liked knowing that our building was all families, so we didn't have to worry as much about the kids being quiet. But we never heard any noise! Definitely would stay again. Only suggestions would be to have towels and wash clothes for the kitchen. We ended up using bathroom towels. A broom would be nice, as well as dressers in the rooms to put clothes in as most people would be staying for days. Otherwise no complaints!

We stayed in one of the 2-bedroom apartments. The signage for check in is confusing. You check in at the Best Western. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I requested another lamp for the living room and one was brought over right away. I am 5'10" and the shower came up to my chest. I do not know how a taller person could use the shower? The shower head does need to be cleaned. The hotel staff changed the towels and emptied the trash everyday. The hot tub temperature could be warmer.

This property is next door to the Best Western but shared facilities. Check in instructions were not clear. Once we knew where to check in, it was fine. The description “apartment” is a bit misleading. It is a small apartment like space with a hotel vibe. It was clean and quiet. We enjoyed having an extra bedroom. The sleeper sofa left little to be desired. Ok for a small child, but would be uncomfortable for an adult. The apt. Is a little ways from the parking space and down about 6 steps. So, there is no cart to use to bring in your luggage and you will have a few stairs. So, keep that in mind before choosing to stay here. It met our needs, just wasn’t what I was expecting.

We have stayed here every year but this was our first year in the Luxury Suites and we enjoyed the seperate bedrooms and full kitchen with our 3 kids! Will stay again!

NOT LUXURY! It's More accurate to describe it as an outdated apartment building. Not handicap accessible. We Stayed 5 nights. Confusing check-in. Check-in at BestWestern. Property pros: Large Suite with lots of room. Nice kitchen with Full-size refrigerator, electric stove, coffee pot, sink, storage, table with four chairs. Grocery store within walking distance. The grocery store has a small deli in the back. My daughter loved chicken strips and chicken egg rolls. Cons: Noisy downstairs suites. The people above us kept us up until 3 am. The pullout couch is NOT usable. Spring fell out when opened. The pool and hot tub were filthy. (hair and other debris) The beds were uncomfortable and the linens made me itch. The shower head was low even for me at 5'3" The BW offers morning breakfast from 6:30am-9:30am. You are required to walk through one building to get to the main BW building. Same items each morning-Coffee, cold cereal, yogurt, toast, powdered scrambled eggs, sausage, and seasoned potatoes. Not awful but not LUX. My family was happy with the amount of room in the Suite and the ability to make our meals and have a fridge for healthy snacks. My family loved exploring the area! If we returned I would look for a VRBO.

I was charged a cleaning fee. When I made the reservation and prepaid it, nowhere did it say anything about a cleaning fee. I would have booked somewhere else. BEWARE of extra charges from this place; they will charge you because you booked from Expedia. That's what they told my husband.
