"Room was clean , great shower , Bed was comfortable but there was a lack of pillows. If you want more than two you have to rent them. There is no microwave ,however you can rent one for a fee and the fridge is so small that its maybe big enough for 5 drinks. There is no ice bucket unless you rent one , housekeeping didnt leave us with any toilet paper so we had to request it from the front desk, they also left someone elses key card in the card slot that keeps your lights on. Parking was almost non existent at night with every space taken. The soaking tubs are 14 and older so my daughter who is 11 wasnt able to use them. Breakfast menu was very fancy and not a lot of options for kids or picky eaters. The lobby, and rooms had a foul fish odor the whole week. Staff was kind and welcoming. Walls are thin , could hear upstairs at all hours of the night stomping around. The stay was ok but i probably wont stay here again just because there isnt much bang for your buck and you have to rent amenities that should be included already. "

"In-room HVAC unit was very noisy. No in-room coffee or hot water dispenser. Otherwise, a nice room at a fair price. Can't comment on f&b as we did not try either of the hotels two options."
