“Let's start by saying that both Expedia and the property double charged my credit card bor the same booking. After contacting both sides neither one is accepting responsibility and claim i did not show up for my reservation even after providing credit card statement. Neither party can explain the reason for the double charge and continue to make excuses. Very disappointed especially with Expedia. Myself and everyone i know will no longer use their services. ”
