"Breakfast was ok. It was difficult to adjust room temp. Very inconvenient to take luggage to second floor for seniors. There should be a lif."

While I understand availability issues happen, the room layout was not comfortable for my stay and did not match my expectations when booking. "This was like staying in a two bedroom walk up in NYC only sooooo much bigger and better! We were pleasantly surprised at the spaciousness of our Room! (The presidential suite). Everything was clean and tidy. Very pleasant decor. While there was not a place to get coffee down in the lobby area, there was a full kitchen where we could make our own. We ended up going to Starbucks down the road a bit. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. Wonderful location also!!"
