"We had a very nice stay at the hotel. The staff was kind and helpful, the restaurant wonderfull. We walked to the historic area and around seaport. Our room was comfy. The sheets were not as soft as in other hotels, but it dd not bother me at all. "

Sandra our reception helped us solve issues that came up. My only suggestion would be that breakfast be served a little earlier as most excursions or tours start early. Breakfast was not served till. "The hotel is in a convenient location to the main train station. The surrounding area is a bit seedy. Having said that the staff on the front desk were helpful. The room I had was very nice. Large, clean and well appointed. A kettle to boil water would have been nice, however, the breakfast was very good. There was a bus stop around the corner for the hop on, hop off bus which is an excellent way to get an overview of Naples"
