"This was the worst experience I have ever had. The reginal manager was rude and not companionate. he called the police on my teenage daughter and her friend for having fun in the pool. They kicked us out with my 1 year old daughter, 80 year old, and two teenage girls at 11 pm at night. "

Clean room, nice staff, with many in the halls, talking, minimal effort on arrival with desk. No information on room service, or dining hours anywhere to be found. No info on drawers in room about any amenities. I could have been on another planet. "
