“Lovely 3 night stay. Rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. We booked two rooms and were assigned one in the courtyard and one in the main building. Bathroom in the courtyard room was significant bigger but otherwise rooms were comparable. Great location. Definitely recommend booking with breakfast included. The breakfast was delicious and included a cooked breakfast item from the menu as well as the buffet style yogurt, pastries, toast, fruit etc. The homemade compote was absolutely……
“The room was clean. The bathroom a little inconvenient (especially the shower, which is hard to use without spraying everywhere). The staff are very pleasant. The breakfast is not great, especially if you choose the non full english breakfast options.”
“Lovely two night stay at "Posh b&b". Bed was big and sumptuous, quirky room and ceiling shapes due to good use of very old building. Classy bathroom (huge bath - maybe not so appropriate in current drought but they didn't know that when it was installed!)
A big plus for us is the well stocked and cosy residents bar for pre evening drinks or late nightcap.
Staff are very freindly, approachable and efficient.
Breakfast is everything we could hope for with many hot choices and extensive cold……

Looks like it was a living room in it's past life. Lovely decorations and styling. Loved all the hares! (Not hairs). Really comfy bed.
Dog hairs evident on the sofa and on the floor in some areas though which is is a negative. No fruit hardly at breakfast, lovely croissant and toast though, please don't charge for supplying lattes, I didn't have a big breakfast at all as I don't eat meat so I thought that was unreasonable for the price.”
“We have stayed pre ion s couple of occasions and the room , cleanliness and overall experience has been far better , on this occasion we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the room , the obvious first thing we noticed was a lingering dog smell , as I know the rooms are dog friendly , this could be easily rectified by pet friendly plug in air fresheners ? And a feeler clean in between guests … the room just felt not clean , not aired , no windows open and we stayed in August when the……
