Lovely staff. We had 2 very large suitcases and were worried about lugging them up the stairs as there is no lift, however a staff member did this for us, which was great. The property is lovely, but to be honest the area really isnt the best,there could some communications on where you can park, where the rubbish and recycling bins are. I did try to contact someone about these things but had no reply.

Overall the people here are very helpful to a visitor who doesn't know their way around. A couple of the bus drivers really stood out in the service and aid they gave me. This is a fairly inexpensive place to visit if you don't mind taking the bus.
