“Staff was somewhat chastising because we checked in at 3am after enduring a medical emergency on flight from east coast to Ontario Ca. Even tried calling around midnight to ex 500 for the hotel to which clerk responded that that extension isn’t working Very poor experience and disappointed in staff responses.”
