The Homewood area is surprisingly lacking in activities other than hiking. It is also not a great location for food or drinks. If you dont mind driving to other destinations it is a quiet place to stay.






Though Chamberlands might not have many top sights, you can venture to the surrounding area to see attractions like Homewood Mountain Resort and Meeks Bay Beach.

While South Lakefront might not have many sights to explore, venturing just a little farther will lead you to top things to see and do like Homewood Mountain Resort and Meeks Bay Beach.

While McKinney Estates isn't home to many top sights, Homewood Mountain Resort and Ed Z'berg Sugar Pine Point State Park are some notable places to visit nearby.

While Timberland isn't home to many top sights, Granlibakken Resort Ski Area and Tahoe Treetop Adventure Park are some notable places to visit nearby.

My room is Sunset tower 557, next to room 559. The noise seems to be coming from the room next door due to poor sound insulation. There is also a gap under the door, and air keeps coming through, creating wind noise at night. I had to put a towel at the bottom of the door to block it. I tried to ...

The room was lovely! Clean & spacious. The proximity next to the Tahoe Blue Event Center was so convenient! It made for easy walking back and forth from the hotel to the volleyball tournament we attended at the event center. I would definitely return!

Love all about this hotel especially very convenient to gondola, all the shoppings, restaurants and walkable to everything. The ski resort mountain vibe is fantastics; the room is comfort and roomy with impressive design for skiers. Great lodging to enjoy a wonderful Winter holidays.

Peaceful place
Beautiful part of the lake; close to Tahoe city which has great shops and dining areas; beautiful area, plenty to do with kids as well in the summer.
This house was close to town where there is fun shopping and restaurants. Lots of great trails nearby! The lake is right across the street.
