The Homewood area is surprisingly lacking in activities other than hiking. It is also not a great location for food or drinks. If you dont mind driving to other destinations it is a quiet place to stay.

My room is Sunset tower 557, next to room 559. The noise seems to be coming from the room next door due to poor sound insulation. The room was lovely! Clean & spacious. The proximity next to the Tahoe Blue Event Center was so convenient! It made for easy walking back and forth from the hotel to the volleyball tournament we attended at the event center. I would definitely return!
