"I can’t say enough about the property and the staff. We stayed in the Caribbean breeze cabin for 6 nights and it was an amazing experience. You are about 7 minutes from town in a beautifully manicured area which the staff takes care of all day long. The property is tucked just into the jungle off the beach so you get the best of both worlds. This is a place that will always hold a special place in our hearts and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable experience."

"I loved location to center of town. Right across the street is the beach. Staff was excellent, welcoming, accomodating. Air conditioning was great. Tv did not work. The building seemed old, but my room was clean. Pool also on property was refreshing. So, ok but I would check other hotels , I have no real basis for comparison, maybe all are old. They could make outer building more attractive. Thank you."

The room and facilities were very nice, breakfast was good. But the main reason for our very favorable review is how the entire staff and the owners were so helpful. They spent lots of time talking to us and had useful recommendations on what to do, where to go, what to eat, and in general gave a wonderful introduction to the area. Above and beyond what we have experienced at similar properties.

This is a beautiful hotel. Beautiful wood, restaurant and bar and the lush jungle landscape is just beautiful. Loved the pool also. The standout about this place though is the staff for sure. Young crew, very good manners and helpful. Be sure to tip them, they deserve it. We’ll return one day! We stayed in the Brisas cabin and it was awesome. Let me start by saying we had originally planned on staying only two nights, but then left our highly rated and fully paid for hotel to return to this gem. Why? It is new, immaculate, beautiful, with ice cold AC, large shower with plenty of hot water, a well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, private patio with hammocks ( and hot coffee waiting each am), sloths, parrots, kinkajous, a private path to the beach, beautiful gardens and pool, delicious big breakfast, really wonderful staff, attention...

With literally no available reviews, we took a chance on staying here vs the more established Le Cameleon hotel and we were not disappointed.
