I love that there is Starbucks at lobby level. We found Monster Ice around the corner, which has the best shaved ice bowls. Walked to Eggs and Things for breakfast. Walked to the beach. So many things within a few minutes of walking. I loved the ocean view from our large windows. I also loved that the curtains blacked out our room for a wonderful sleep.

Very bad room cleaning service and no attent To customers and their needs as soon as you leave the front desk. Parking is trash . Vehicle damaged because we were directed to park for free as guests. No one asked if we had a small or big car. We drove a full size suv and got stuck . Also to a surprise they demanded us pay for parking which was supposed to be included as per front desk. Wouldn’t go back to the resort again

The service of the hotel was excellent. Extremely friendly, very hospitable. Very convenient to have beach amenities included in the hotel fee like towels, beach chairs, umbrellas. Prime location, close to many restaurants, shopping, Waikiki beach. Great hot tub to use at night. Room was a little dark and some of the hallways were outdated, but we spent most of our time outside the hotel anyways so it didn't matter. If you're looking for luxury this may not be the best fit. Overall, loved the property it was perfect for our family trip. We would definitely stay again!
