Although short staffed, the office was very accommodating when we needed more linens or towels for the beach. Property was pretty quiet except 1 or 2 nights during our whole 10 night stay. The place was very clean, we only came across 1 bug.

Upon having no parking, this hotel looks nothing like the pictures that are shown on the website. The room was severely dirty and did not look worth the price whatsoever. Maybe it’s because I got one of the rooms with a “pool view” but the quality was just not to standard. I checked out five minutes after seeing my room, talked to Expedia and cancelled it. Only got refunded $400 when I paid over a thousand for everything. Don’t go to this hotel!

The property located is close by to all your needs. However, parking spaces are limited. I wasn’t able to get parking until my second night. There was a roach in our shower and the curtain strip fell while my guest was sleeping.

They are ripping off people and selling substandard hotel rooms at very high prices. Please do not be fooled by the photos. The rooms are very shabby and dirty. The bathrooms also very small and dirty. The lamp shades were broken and dusty. There were two doors in to the room and one did not have a dead bolt. There was a window in the bathroom which was not lockable. The window blinds were broken, and the cornes were trimmed so that anyone can peep in from outside; so there was no privacy. Worst hotel room. Front desk closes at 10 pm. Very limited parking. There was no parking when I got to the hotel.

I like that it’s close to the city center. The bathrooms need updating. Kitchenette has no utensils at all. The guy at the front desk doesn’t seem to be friendly and welcoming

There are cracks in the doors so you are not in a private room. There is no parking. We had to park a block away and paid $78 because the garage across the street was closed. The hotel itself has no parking spots. Also got a bogus late check out charge, even though we checked out at 8am. Thank goodness I asked for a receipt. They didn't just give me one.

Heritage means old and not maintained. it is an old apartment complex that has not been improved. the lock on the door is pathetic my pocket knife opened it faster than the key and the chain was broken. Extra fees for everything and an unhelpful evening staff. It is in a nice area but it needs to be sprayed for bugs.

Staff were good but the photos about the property is very misleading. My room was no way close to what is being advertised. The bed was clean but there were cockroaches in the sofa. The ac was not very effective, bathroom shower floor was very slippery. I arrived late night and my checkin instructions were not accurate. I followed the instructions sent to me and tried opening up someone else’s room and got yelled at. That’s a bit too much to handle after a long trip. Overall good people, but over advertised.

Aloha It is really Dark at night on property. I tripped on stairs fell into the hand rail. Not sure if pinky is broke or jammed. The window in the bathroom stays open you cant close it the neighborhood can look in on you. I was charged a 25$ fee they charged me 29 stating 4.99 taxes. Tax on $25.00 should 26.17. No one there after 10 pm. I do not recommend this place. Mahalo
