2/1/25 NOTE: Spalling work on the ground floor restaurant will start the 2nd week of February 2025. Work will start from 8am-4pm Monday-Saturday (possible noise disturbances, jackhammering and drilling). The spalling work for this specific stack is expected to start mid-February and be completed by the end of April 2025 (no access to the balcony during building project). However, the full building spalling project is scheduled for completion by late September 2025.
