"The rooms were clean and had a ton of space. It’s more like a two bedroom apartment than a hotel room. We were able to prepare meals in the room. I did feel a little bad when we had someone staying below us because I could tell the floor echoed, but I never heard anyone else. We talked to the man staying below us and he said he wasn’t bothered. If I was doing it again, I would just choose a lower level rather than upper for my family. The outdoor pools weren’t open yet, but I think I counted three plus two hot tubs. One of them even looks like a 25 yd lap pool. They also had mini golf and an indoor pool. My husband said the workout facility was good. We didn’t utilize all of the activities, but they had a schedule of events with crafts and movies. This is an amazing place to take your family! "

"Rooms are noisy, we had one bed that was very squeeky. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it took over 30 minutes to get because they forgot about us. Rooftop was also not open, and we didn't know it was not open until we got there. "

"The rooms are outdated and not very clean at least bedding was clean. There is a lot of upkeep and maintenance the rooms need. We ended up doing the breakfast buffet and the food did not feel fresh it was a waste of money. The staff however was very friendly and helpful. The bar is very nice and again the service is excellent. We also ended up having to move rooms because there was work being done to the pool and there was a very strong paint thinner smell in our room and halls near the elevator. We traveled with our baby so we requested to move rooms. The staff moved us right away to accommodate us. "

"I am glad the lighting in the room was high efficiency. And the luxury performance vinyl flooring makes me feel much safer than carpeting with who knows what ground into it. But, it all made the room echo-ey and cold feeling. I like the clean modern look in photos, but in person it felt harsh. There is no daily room cleaning, which is a good thing or a bad thing, depending on your preference. Limited selection of TV channels. Full size fridge "
