“The hotel was clean and the staff was excellent—very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was good, although it is not a buffet; it is more of a continental-style breakfast.
The room was generally clean, including the carpet, but some of the furniture looks a bit old and could use updating. Overall, the hotel itself feels like it needs some renovation or modernization.
Despite that, it was a comfortable stay with good service and cleanliness.”

“Our Courtyard Hot Springs stay was nothing short of impeccable. The property was extremely clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The offerings at the bar also met our needs. When visiting Hot Springs in the future, we will definitely stay at this property again. ”

“We had a great stay at Willow Beach Resort on Lake Hamilton! It was quiet, peaceful and the people were friendly! Absolutely an amazing view of the Lake right out the sliding glass door of the room. The staff was helpful and the room was clean and smelled fresh. A few minor issues were addressed but nothing that would hinder us from returning for another stay. Thank you to everyone who made us feel welcome! Including the geese and the turtles! ”
