Nice, professional welcome at check in. Room was a good size- tidy and clean- for 3 with 2 double beds, shower over bath, bathrobes and towels. Spa area was very pleasant, nice pool, not too busy between 8 snd 9am Very nice steam room! Changing rooms were well equipped, even had straighteners.

Beautiful hotel and great location right next to Tower Hill underground station. Large rooms with modern facilities. Just note if you have kids and are planning to use the pool the hours are very restricted on weekdays - fortunately we were also there over a weekend when you can use the pool all day but weekdays swim times for under 16s are limited.

Great location easy to commute from Tower Hill Tube to all popular tourist stops on the Circle District Line. Quieter than City Centre. Hard core 3 pm check in. Great access to boardwalks and restaurants, pubs on the south side of the River for evenings, drinks and dinner. Walkable to the Eye.

My daughters and I got to London super early, the hotel staff welcomed us into the spa to freshen up and gladly held our bags until we could check in at 3pm. We ended up sightseeing all afternoon and came back to a beautiful room! The breakfast was absolute perfection. Perfect location 30 seconds from Tower Hill Underground station and the most incredible view of the Tower of London. We loved every moment of our stay!!!

The best location right at the Tower hill tube stop. The ancient Roman wall right out my room window. Wish the air conditioning was better but it’s London😜 nice breakfast buffet and good restaurants in walking distance. I would stay there again.

Would definitely recommend. Great location and felt safe. Helpful and efficient staff. We had a lovely experience got offered a free room upgrade, convenient parking on site and help with any issues we had. Hotel is well maintained and aesthetically pleasing. Room was spacious and clean. Enjoyed the spa facilities as it wasn’t too busy, especially enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi, the relaxation room was also an added bonus. Would visit again in the future :)
