Our stay was amazing! The check-in process was very easy, the house was clean and very accurate to the listing description. The community location was very private and quiet.
The house has everything you need: extra linens, dish soap, laundry detergent, cleaner, pots + pans, cups, etc. The beach was right down the road, and the stay came with 6 complimentary passes to Boulder Lake Club. If you have more than 6 people for your stay, the additional passes are $25/day. There are so many fun games and water activities to do at the beach club!
Some negatives: We did have a snafu with security... someone made a complaint that we had too many cars (we had 4). Not really sure how you would have 12 people in a house without having at least 3 cars. My only other complaint would be the mattresses..... most of them were not comfortable at all. Very minor complaints overall, but worth mentioning for future renters!
I would love to book a stay in the winter and get to experience all the winter activities and ski lodge. Great stay for the price and great location!
