Please save yourself the hassle with this property. Due to hurricane beryl I was displaced from my home and this business took advantage of that. Within 1 hour of being in the room the roaches began to come out of the bed frames, when I checked the frames were INFESTED with roaches (dead &living) I would like to k ow when js the last time this place had a visit from pest control. Housekeepers are careless if they do clean these rooms. Outlets are hanging out of wall, non working tv, 1 lamp for lighting. I immediately got my family out of this dump within one hour of being there fearing the roaches would take over and I refused to take any home with me. When we left the agent stated we would be refunded and here we are 6-7 days later and the manager wants to fight about a refund. I hope this review helps someone rethink booking here. I would rather be at my dark home than stay in this dump!

The property had homeless people in front of the building, also on the side. Bugs in the room. The lamp did not have a lampshade for the air condition was not working. The elevator was not working. The bedding looked DG and dirty. The carpet was filthy. television was not working

Firstly entering into this the carpet was dirty as hell.. in my room the smell was awful. no proper air conditioning, lights won't work, they don't even put toilet paper in the bathroom, cockroaches everywhere... worst experience in my life..... ************Highly not recommend ***********

This property needs total renovations, rehabilitation, maintenance and cleaning. Very unpleasant smell, dirty, cocroaches everywhere, Power outlets are exposed very dangerous, mattresses are all worn outs. Expedia should even provide with some compensation for months of stay on this hotel.

Because of the price I was not expecting much I was just looking for a place to sleep and take a shower on my way through town. I have never been greeted and assisted by somebody that showed such a lack of care or want to even be there as what I experienced with the front desk. The property looked absolutely nothing like the pictures, but even that didn’t sway me from going ahead and spending the night. The elevator was broken. The hallway was riddled with trash old AC units and broken refrigerators. The lock to the room door was broken. The bathroom did not have a door on it, and our sheets had holes in them And no toilet paper in the room. When we asked the front desk for new sheets and toilet paper, we were told that there was nothing could be done about the sheets and then we were handed two rolls of toilet paper with no apologies
