Hotel was nice and had good atmosphere. I attended based on a work conference in the conference rooms. Overall stay was good, but did not utilize any amenities such as pool or spa. Only issue for 4-stars was due to difficulties in dealing with a double-charge issue on my room which has garnered multiple calls to resolve.

I would have preferred a room with a view. We had room 845…never again. Saturday night there was a wedding above us and the room next to us had a party!! We were tired and wanted to get to sleep by 9:30pm for and early morning next day. The music and noise did stop at 11:10pm. I want to tell you that the housekeeping was very good. The cleaning lady was very nice and did an excellent job for us. Did not like the service in the restaurant except for one day we had an excellent server. The food was really not up to par considering it is the only restaurant in the hotel. And it did not have brewed decaf coffee except for one morning!?? What’s that all about? All in all it was an ok stay.
