i booked this hotel a week prior for last weekend, right? me and my bf are so excited because the hotel looks cute and there’s a bar. he goes to check in they said they overbooked us. claimed they had called the MORNING OF which is outrageous. which they didn’t. never ever booking here again

The area around is unsafe, the room was not clean. I booked two rooms by mistake and only needed one. I asked them to listen to my concern they said that they have to call the manager, next day I spoke to the manager myself he said he has to get to his higher manager and get back to me and they never did. Bad communication and terrible customer service

They overbooked, and we were not notified until we drove 23 hrs and arrived to check in. They claimed they called 15 minutes before the scheduled check in time, but we did not receive any call, and even if they had, 15 minutes is not adequate notice when it was booked for weeks before.

The hotel is under construction. We were given a room that reeked of mold. There were no other rooms available. Myself and my sons are asthmatic. The room exacerbated our asthma. These rooms are not fit for people to stay. It should be shut down. We were supposed to stay 2 nights and cancelled the second night. Also, numerous hotel guests had their car windows smashed out overnight in the experience. I will be getting a refund!

We stayed for one night and it was dirty and no hot water then when we checked out we found out our car got broken into along with 20 cars. Front desk clerk was no help at all they didn’t notify anyone that their car was broken into. They did nothing to help us and the manager said that the time they broke in the vehicles the security guard was in the restroom, but this is like my fourth time staying there and I’ve never seen a security guard so I think he was lying. I think they were in it. So don’t stay there cause you will get burglarized.

The checkin process took forever. We literally had to wait 20 minutes to check in. There was only 1 family in front of us. The decorum of the hotel was interesting. Kind of dark. The rooms were ok. The floors was dark tiles and felt wet but wasnt. The room was decent, sort of eclectic. The communication can be better. Our 3rd day we found out they provide complimentary Uber for specific locations. So we were paying Ubers to get to those locations. I would stay here again if there is nothing else better available. Its was decent.

I have stayed numerous times. Last time was my last time! The older rooms are moldy. Bath tubs are rusty. My son is handicap and I requested a handicap remodeled room with tub about 5 times . Only once were my requests met. I was even told there are no tubs in the remodeled rooms which there is because we stayed in one two weeks prior. We stay because it is close to MD Anderson. We are having eye surgeries, brain surgeries and ear surgeries. Per Dr. request he needed to bath not shower on surgery day. Very disappointed. The breakfast is something to be desired. I can stay we had three stays that were fine but the last 4 or 5 were unacceptable. I complained once and the manager stated he would make sure it was corrected. I complained again and he stated he would use that as a training for his employees. I do not endorse this hotel at all.
