“The room was amazingly clean, best breakfast bar I have ever seen for a complimentary breakfast in a hotel. Coffee machine was an absolute joy. Front Desk staff was amazing at check in and check out. Will definitely revisit. Priced great also. 10 Stars in my book.”

“This is our second time staying here and it’s a great location and an excellent price. While there’s no breakfast or pool, the rooms are HUGE so comfortable for families with older kids. You can cook in your room and there’s so much room for everyone to relax and stretch out. ”

“Kim at Front Desk was extremely helpful to us. She provided a shower chair for my wife's use in our room's bathroom. Additionally she gave us a 1 page list of all the restaurants nearby to the hotel and gave us a recommendation (Aubreys) of an excellent nearby restaurant which we visited. All in all a very enjoyable visit to Cleveland Tennessee.”

“Yes my wife and I stayed on July 10th 2026 I had a procedure that day in regards to surgery so we decided to stay and we had several issues such as no tv working and I called the desk and she mentioned to me that to change the hdmi input on the tv and that didn’t help we was never asked to accommodate to a different room and the ac unit kept turning off every couple of minutes and we had to get up several times during the night to be able to turn the ac back on it got really hot in the room we……

“I liked that the room was clean and safe. The front office attendant was very friendly and polite. Breakfast was lackluster. One thing that really stuck out to me was the fact that the owner of the property drove around in a high-end Porsche, while workers pushed around Target grocery carts to collect linens. On first sight I thought homeless were camping out. But it appears the owner won’t even invest in proper equipment for workers to do their job. It’s absolutely shameful to tend to the……

“Brand new hotel. You could smell the new paint in the room. Tried using Expedia and filter for free breakfast. Only breakfast you are getting here is if you make it yourself. Thanks Expedia.”

“I was extremely disappointed with the condition of this hotel. From the moment we arrived, it was obvious the property was not being properly maintained, the paint is pealing off the side of the building. There was furniture stacked all in the ally way. The room was dirty, the furniture was broken, and everything is worn out and neglected. One of the most concerning things was that the door to the room down from ours has been kicked in. “There were cockroaches in the room, the bathroom had cobwebs and the bathtub was dirty, and the microwave didn't work when we tried to heat our food. There was only a tiny one-and-a-half-inch bottle of shampoo. The hotel desperately needs maintenance, basic cleaning and bug control. See the pictures I uploaded”
