"Clean room and the hotel smelled so good"

"The room was great, breakfast buffet has a very good selection, and overall this is a really nice hotel. Safe, clean. A couple of minor thigs- the clean8ng staff are fantastic, howethe laundry carts take up the entire hallways. Don't know what can be done about that. Also, the sound proofing for rooms needs serious upgrade. Has a group come back from the bars at 430am, could hear all the chaos, yelling, laughter. Had to get staff to ask them to take it yo theirxrooms, it was super l9id, disruptive. Recommend this hotel. Drury is a top quality chain, truly cares about customers more than others. "

"Clean room but could use some touch ups to paint and tub caulk. Very nice staff, great breakfast. "

"Check in was smooth, parking was nearby an entrance to the hotel, pool was an awesome bonus, room was clean with comfortable beds that were sound-proof, but breakfast was lacking. The machine for coffee malfunctioned and the staff were not able to keep up with the demands for a Sunday morning breakfast spread. Other than the breakfast problem, it was a great stay! "

"Overall we had a good stay and the space was nice. However, housekeeping didn't even vacuum and one morning we went down for breakfast with an hour left on the breakfast time and the made to order breakfast was closed and many items were gone and not being refilled. "

"Second time staying here. I book it because of the large rooms, breakfast and convenience and safe area. The first visit there was a few strands of hair in the bathroom. This time, there was hair all throughout the room, the towels had hair, the and the floors were dirty. Upon calling the front desk and asking for housekeeping, was told they left at 3pm and no one was available. Had to tidy the room myself! Upon checkout there was no one at the desk to talk to; was just told by housekeeping that I could just leave my keys in a container. Highly disappointed at the level of uncleanliness; especially having young children with me. "

"Pool wasn’t open"

"The layout of the room was really nice and quiet. However, there was pet hair all over the bed cover & furniture. The room reeked of stale cigarettes. The air quality in the room was extremely stuffy. I’m assuming there may be mold somewhere in the room. My boyfriend had an asthma attack and had to go to Parkridge North E.R. - due to him not being able to breathe in the room. There are also people living on the premises. As in this is their home. Tried to go to the courtyard to relax but the tenants had their room doors wide open and looking at your every move. So that was quite awkward. Overall, the room was ok but it was not worth a trip to the emergency room- triggering an asthma attack."
